Women Only Jiu-Jitsu Class
Our Women-Only Jiu-Jitsu Program contains our full curriculum but with an immediate focus on self-defense techniques and strategies. Designed to be less reliant on strength and physicality and more on precise technique. That said you will still gain strength and get in great shape in this program.
This program will make you comfortable in uncomfortable situations, from practicing verbal altercations and stalking scenarios to full on fights. You will be taught to look for the warning signs and details that come before a situation can become dangerous, but still be in full control in unpredictable situations.
