About our Academy
Located in the heart of Pembroke Pines, our academy offers world class instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and fitness. We offer kids jiu jitsu classes for ages 4 and up, after school program for 5 to 12 year olds, Jiu-jitsu classes for adult beginners and advanced, as well as women only programs.
Our instructors are all certified by Gracie Barra for jiu-jitsu and self-defense instruction, additionally certified in first aid/CPR, and extensively background checked.
We offer a safe and welcoming environment that is accepting of all students. We believe that jiu-jitsu is one of the most amazing life choices you can make and we want to be there to guide you on your journey.
