For all our new students, our beginner's class is designed to create a strong foundation based on technique while also preparing them to reach the fitness levels needed to have a long and healthy career as a jiu-jitsu athlete.
Our curriculum focuses heavily on safely teaching the core concepts of jiu-jitsu, while having a lot of fun. As students start to develop and improve, we start introducing a wide range of techniques as well as self-defense concepts, to make them comfortable in all situations.
Fundamentals Class
After our students have been introduced to the core concepts and techniques of jiu-jitsu they'll be placed in our Fundamental's Class. Here they will develop and become proficient in a wide range of techniques from all positions and situations. This will allow our students to become comfortable in any fight situations.
Advanced jiu jitsu concepts and techniques will be introduced as well as techniques from other fighting disciplines such as wrestling, sambo and judo.
Students will become more comfortable in live sparring and be expected to incorporate techniques they've perfected into their own style or game.
